To ensure safety, professionalism, and a smooth travel experience, the following guidelines are strictly followed by Rhythm Ride and its acting drivers:
No Alcohol Policy
Drivers are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol during driving or while on duty.Seat Belt Mandatory
Wearing seat belts is compulsory for drivers and passengers seated beyond the driver’s seat during the trip.Online Payment Only
Customers must complete payment via GPay or other online payment modes only. Cash payments are not accepted.Vehicle Transmission Confirmation
At the time of booking acting drivers, customers must specify whether the car is Manual or Automatic. Drivers will be assigned accordingly.Trip Confirmation Time
Customers must confirm the trip with the assigned driver within 5 minutes. Failing to do so may result in driver unavailability.Night Stay for Long Trips
For long trips involving night stays, customers must either:Provide accommodation for the driver to rest, or
Pay the driver an additional amount for room arrangements.
